Two things that are in limited supply at my house.
Let me tell you how it happened. The first year we even thought we could afford to take the kids to Disney I starting searching online to check out Disney World travel packages that we could afford. I found out really quick that everybody and their brother has a Disney themed website.A Google search for "Disney World travel packages" returns over 5,100,000 results. I realized I needed help and fortunately I found a link to a former Disney employee and Mom who has made a career of helping other people cut through all the madness and truly get that magical experience for much less.
Here's a tip to enhance your Disney World travel packages
If you want to beat the lines for Expedition Everest go to Animal Kingdom right when it opens. Get in the gate of the Animal Kingdom an hour early by making reservations now(they're free) at the character breakfast at the Restaurantosaurus. When the park opens you're closer to the ride than anyone else. We rode it three time before there was any line.
The picture with Mickey and the kids(above) was taken at the breakfast. Everybody's tastes are different but breakfast on vacation is my favorite meal and this one sticks to your ribs, tastes great and gives you energy for the long day ahead. Plus tons of time with the characters!
Extra tip! Get a FASTPASS before you ride it to use later in the day when the line is long. This is really the only ride we needed the FASTPASS on at the Animal Kingdom so don't worry about having to wait two hours before you get your next one. This is one of my top 3 rides.
