Disneyland Resort

Since it's opening in 1955, the park quickly became one of the most famous and most visited park in the world. The Disneyland Park continues to bring in visitors of all ages because of the numerous activities and memories the park provides. There is something for everyone whether you've just seen your first Disney movie, or if you were lucky enough to see the original Cinderella.

While you're on your Disney vacation in sunny California, don't forget to see all that Anaheim has to offer. You can catch an Angels baseball game, lounge at a nearby beach, catch an NHL hockey game, and of course, visit the Downtown Disney District featuring various shops, restaurants, and an all-around good time environment. My personal fav is the ESPN zone, I always have a good time in that place.

There are many lodging options to be able to enjoy all that Anaheim has to offer. A Disneyland area hotel is always a good option to keep you close enough to the park for convenience, but far enough away from the congestion. Some people may chose to stay farther away but they may have to deal with traffic and parking to enjoy their day at the park. Ideally, it would be nice to get a hotel near Disneyland that is within walking distance. Although some places offer shuttle transportation, vehicle traffic in California is anything but free-flowing.

This part of the resort is not for the faint of heart. The Disney California Adventure is filled with scream rides and toppling spins inside of it's gates. The park is packed full of rides and live-entertainment.
