Sometimes when we live life in the fast lane we lose sight of what is important. More than just another movie for kids, Disney Pixar Cars finds it's got something to offer to everyone, with the lesson that if you just slow down you may find out what is really important to you.
Another great movie from Disney Pixar, the Cars movie tells the story of Lightning McQueen, the talented race car who thinks that he really doesn't need anyone at all. Well he neglects the team behind his success and winds up in the ghost town of Radiator Springs. He soon finds that friendship and a slower pace of life can bring him the happiness that he has been missing in his life. But can he have success and personal happiness?
Lightning McQueen is a young racing car star sensation. He loves to win and thinks he can do everything by himself. Who needs the team when you are the star of the show?
Lightning has only two things in life which are important to him - winning the Piston Cup and ganing the big sponsorship with Dinoco that wil go with that victory.
Well Lightning pushes Mack too far and he ends up alone and heading on a road to Radiator Springs.

Waiting for Cars 2? Well you still have quite a long wait as the sequel has been announced with a Summer 2012 with Brad Lewis as the director. Not much information is out there yet but John Lassiter has said ' The Cars are going international'.
Cars 2 will become only the second Pixar film, after Toy Story 2 to have a sequel.
