Though a trip to Disney World can be very costly , there are ways to enjoy a wonderful vacation to the Magic Kingdom and other Disney theme parks in Orlando without breaking the bank. Buy Disney World Tickets In Advance

type=textDid you know that you can purchase tickets in advance from an Authorized Disney Discounter? Instead of waiting until you get there, purchase your tickets from these authorized resellers and you can save $10-$20.00 off each ticket. Do be cautious about some of the discounted Disney Pass tickets you might come across on eBay or elsewhere online. These aren't always the bargain they appear to be.
If you are flying to Orlando, make sure you do your research before purchasing airline tickets. Some of the best deals aren't found on airline website schedules. It can be tricky to find good deals on flights to Orlando, but there are some very good travel guides available specifically for Disney World vacations which can give you all the information you need on doing Disney World on a budget and getting there at the lowest cost

Disney World's Magical Express Shuttle

So, you did some research, got a good deal on airline tickets and purchased your admission tickets, and possibly show and event tickets in advance. All of which hopefully saved you money! Now that you've arrived at the airport, keep the savings going. If you're staying at a Disney Property, take the Magical Express shuttle to your hotel. This also comes with a baggage service which means your luggage is delivered directly to your hotel. On top of the total convenience of this service, comes a huge savings. It can cost around $100.00 for a family of four to take a private shuttle to their hotel. Why not take advantage of this fantastic service if you're staying at a Walt Disney World property? Of course there are some very good off-site hotels and resorts that you can stay in as well. It's good to check all of your lodging options and see if an off-site property might better suit your needs and budget. Just remember that when staying in a Disney property, you often get special deals on meal plans and transportation that might not be offered at non-Disney hotels and resorts

More Disney World Time and Money-Saving Tips

type=textBelow are a few quick tips in addition to the ones discussed earlier, that will save you time and money when visiting Disney World.

1. If staying at a Disney Resort, think about purchasing a Magic Your Way plan, which is a meal plan that can save you around 30% on meals. Food can be a major expense when vacationing at Disney World, and this is very cost-effective way to get around it. The plan includes one table service meal, one counter service meal and one snack for each night of your stay.

2. If you wait until you're inside the theme parks to buy souvenirs, you will definitely be paying an inflated price. Consider going to some of the discount souvenir outlets nearby and you could save as much as 75% on some items.

3. It can often be rainy in Orlando and if you are caught at one of the parks without a poncho, you could end up shelling out some big bucks to keep an entire family dry. It's a good idea to pack your own and use the money you save for something a little more fun!

4. Save time waiting in long lines by taking the left side instead of the right. To save a lot of time waiting in line at popular attractions use the Disney Fast Pass. This is a ticket telling you when to return to the attraction and allows you to bypass the regular line. This can save you a lot of time if you use it at several popular attractions-time that is better spent enjoying the park instead of waiting in endless lines.
