Sounds like you have read a good deal of success literature, and or had many mentors with this mentality.

Wow - thanks for a great list on ways to distinguish oneself!!

I'd like to recommend a book to you - "Real You, Incorporated" by Kaira Sturdivant Rouda. Written primarily for entreprenureal women (but avidly read by men), there are examples of ways to a. know yourself and b. relate that real YOU to those with whom you work, live and play. Priceless. Thanks again - this is bookmarked!

I read your blog for the first time today. I was overwhelmed when I read the 17th way i.e., "Engage with a coach" in Distinguish yourself. Because, i believed the same and was finding a coach. I have decided to follow all your posts to have you as my coach implicitly. - Srinivas N J

What would happen if these were organized into a veign for each? They are all excellent, but now there are 173 of them? Not certain, just asking...love reading them and being allowed to get in on the incredible breadth of your knowledge. -Dana

These are great! Very good rules and excellent short descriptions of them. I'm going to start focusing on one or two of these every week.

I like how much range you have here. Keep up the great work!
