Well,this was my first time with Cesar and he was amazing! He makes you feel right at ease .He actually takes his time with you and doesn't just try to get you in and out the door.
Coloring is a scary thing when they don't know your hair. But Cesar was so knowledgeable about the condition of my hair,I was impressed.

I went to Cesar about 1year ago,with 4 different shades of color from the roots down. I had been coloring my hair by myself with whatever was on sale. As long as I found a color that looked close to the color from the previous time, which really didn't match very well at all, I thought all was well. Cesar had his work cut out. My hair is naturally curly and I had done ALOT of damage. It was frizzy, dull and the ends were splitting. Cesar has worked long and hard on my head for the past year, and he says he thinks it is finally where "we" want to be, color wise, and it is healthier than ever.
