Proud to be an American

We are with out a doubt the greatest country on earth! I have been to other countries and there is no other like America. Fact!
Sure other countries have their beauty, their own unique intrests and special places, but none compares to America.
We as a people have done so much for others and been ridiculed so much for doing what seemed to be the right thing. Sure at times we have had our own intrests at heart, but what country dosen't.
I am a Veteran and have proudly served our country. My hat goes off to every man and woman who is and has volunteered to serve in our military , good and bad times,war and peace, also those who were drafted to fight in wars that they didn't agree with. We have our freedom due to those who have served fought and died for freedom.
America stands for a whole lot more than the average American can even realize or thiks about on a daily basis.
