Looking For Answers About Binaural Beats?

How Binaural Beats Work

And Do Binaural Beats Work?

Binaural Beats are tones that vary in frequency from one channel to the other. To be effective they must be heard through headphones. What happens is, as you listen to the tones your brain perceives the tones in a pulsating fashion. The idea is that your brain waves will move toward the frequency at which the brain perceives the tones. This has been observed scientifically. So when the binaural beats are presented in the proper frequency, your brain will move toward that. The brain waves come in various ranges relating to different states of being and consiousness. There are Beta waves at which point one is active and thinking, Alpha waves at which point one is relaxed, or in a state of drowsiness, and Delta waves at which point one is asleep and dreaming. So as it is believed that the brain waves are swayed towards the perceived frequency of the binaural beats, it would follow that these beats can be used effectively to help induce sleep.

Should You Use Binaural Beats?

When it is asked, "do binaural beats work?" the answer is yes. They have been scientifically explored, and they have been observed to have an effect. This does not guarantee that you will have success, but as the only real substantial product to be offered as a drug-free sleep aid it is a good option. I believe if you are suffering at this point with not being able to sleep, it is a good option as well.
