Without our Health what are we?
This post is inspired for those that take there health for granted. It is so easy to say another day i will fix my diet, another day i will drink more water, another day i will cut back on the drugs or alcohol you drink daily.. But when is the bodies limit..? When will the body decide to give up on you..?
When will the balance of health become a part of your lifestyle..? Or when will it be too late..
I know these are drastic statements however how many of us look at the statistics of who gets cancer, who gets liver disease, who has heart attacks.. Whether or not you can put any excuse on it, most of us will agree, its our lifestyle that causes what effects us.. In a way, we are what we eat as well as we are what we expose ourselves too..
Stress is a Killer!
And now comes another issue, one many do not even see and has gotten us all many times I am sure. That is stress, we do not know it but with the modern world, stress is so much worse than ever before. In fact even if you think you do not stress much the body has a way of hiding it well.. Even just a few stressful situations a day can have a massive inpact on our health.. So what is the solution..?
Solution to Stress..
The best solution i find is to daily, just stop yourself, best time is morning and assess how you feel. Maybe even meditate at this time. Meditation does wonders for stress. Try to understand stress may exist but you cannot let it take hold.. When you think about it anyway stressing out does not help anyway, does it..?
Lastly look at what you do daily, are all your practices healthy?, do you ever get angry?, do you lose your cool or do you over eat? Whatever it is, now is the time to address yourself, this is your body after all. Look at your self and take charge.. Make the right decisions for your body and health as well.. In the end, what we are is really our health after all..
Be happy, healthy and Prosper..!
