Does Herbalife Work?

As I mentioned in some of my other articles on health and weight loss, I used to suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and spent a lot of years going to doctors, naturopaths, remedial massage therapists, chiropractors, and a lot of other health physicians trying to find out what was wrong with me in order to find a cure. I don't want to bore you with the details, but from being so tired all the time, I started to look for a job or business that I could do from home and that's how I can across Herbalife.

So I actually started it as a small work from home business, but to sell the products you needed to take them first so it helps you sell them by telling people how great they are from your own experience. I fell in love with the ease of using Formula #1, which is the meal replacement shake that comes in 4 different flavors in Australia. I liked using the French Vanilla so I could have it in juice one day and in milk with chocolate powder or something the next day.

These products slowly changed my life for the better. I started to get my energy back and become more alert. I also found that I wouldn't get the flu like everyone else when it was going around. I slowly started to take up my equestrian events again that I had had trouble keeping on going. They have many different vitamin and mineral tablets I started to take also that have many different benefits depending on your personal situation.

From those of you who have been sick in the past or are currently sick, we know that it can be quite expensive when we're trying to get better. My mum had to help me out when I went to the naturopath, as it would come to around AUS$300 nearly every month for all the stuff he would prescribe to me. I started out taking the shake twice a day for breakfast and lunch, but eventually cut down to just having it for breakfast. So to answer your question "Does Herbalife Work?" "Yes, it certainly does for me and a lot of other people I know". But I guess the main question is, can we afford it? Is our health worth that much to us? Maybe you only think it does after you have been sick as I was for so long. I also later realized that I got my sickness while I was at University working so hard and only eating fast food and junk.

So please don't do to yourself what I did. Just make sure you try and eat healthy as often as you can. Pretty much just make it a priority because if we don't look after ourselves, no one else will. I also realized that you can't do much else if you don't look after your health & body.

It does come down to eating healthy and exercising a few days a week at least as well. But what you also realize while learning about nutrition, is that eating healthy isn't enough.

The soils used to grow the fruit and vegetables are becoming more and more depleted in nutrients. Most of us are also unaware of the process these foods go through to get to us in the supermarket.
