Provillus is a relatively new product and there are no extensive consumer reviews to determine whether it really is effective. The good thing about Provillus is it offers consumers a 6-month money back guarantee so it offers better protection to consumers.
Provillus works by blocking Dehyrotestosterone (DHT) and supplying the hair follicles with the nutrients to stimulate hair growth. Provillus only works for DHT-caused hair loss. Hair loss as a result of chemotherapy and other non-DHT related is not cured by Provillus. To make sure that Provillus will work for you, you have to make sure that the cause of your hair loss is DHT and not other medical conditions.
Provillus contains Zinc which is widely recognized as a hair growth stimulant. The other ingredients are Vitamin B6, Biotin, Saw Palmetto, Nettle, Gotu Kola, Pumpkin, Eleuthero Root, Uva-Ursi and Muria Puama. Nutritional supplements do not need FDA approval for them to be sold legally.
