Does Paypal Still Exists

That's an interesting question. And it doesn't have a simple answer. The reason is a common confusion about what Paypal really is.

First, what is Paypal not. Paypal is not a completely integrated e-commerce solution. This might confuse you because they offer a shopping cart and buy it now buttons.

The thing is, they only offer this for the payment portion of the transaction. They don't allow the storage of, nor facilitate in the delivery of, electronic goods.

What Paypal does make easy, though, is the integration of their payment processing service with existing e-commerce solutions. Traditionally this meant knowing programming, or spending a lot of money on a web developer to create a complete shopping solution.

Recently web hosting company (like my favorite, Hostgator) have begun offering free shopping cart programs. These programs are easy to install using the included installation tools available with Fantastico.

You will still need to know a little about web pages and computers to make the most of this option.

But I discovered my favorite solution only recently.
