I mean, really, why would anyone really need a stroller for their pet? This must just be for those crazy celebs right?
NO! As I looked around and learned more about pet strollers I realized they can be very beneficial in so many circumstances.
Let's take a look at why a pet stroller might be a good option for you and your pet.

here's some reasons why pet strollers might be a good fit for your pet
Inclimate Weather Salt and ice are tough on a dog's paws. You still need to get him outside though, a pet stroller can get him easily to the dog run or park.Older Dogs Just because your dog is getting up in years doesn't mean he isn't still part of the family. Using a pet stroller can help keep him involved in family activities.
Hip Problems There are so many breeds of dog that have hip problems. This frequently keeps them from being out and about with their family. A pet stroller helps them stay involved in family activities.
Overweight Dogs This may sound counterintuitive, but if a dog is unable to make it back from an exercise run you may be less likely to take him at all. With a pet stroller you can stroll him home, but he still gets exercised on the way until he is a little more fit and can make it on his own.
Small Pet Strollers
Small pet strollers are usually suitable for pets up to 15 pounds. Make sure you not only check the weight requirements, but the size of your dog. Sometimes even though it says it will hold a certain size dog the pet stroller may be a little snug for your dog. So check the internal dimensions as well as the weight requirements

There are so many places you could be taking your dog but aren't. Here are a few more places you could be spending quality time with your pet if you had a pet stroller.Jogging There are great jogging pet strollers available. Whether you have a small dog who can't keep up, or an older dog who can't make it the whole way.
Boating It can be tough to get your dog on the boat and keep him safe while out on the water. A pet stroller makes transfer from land to water easy and provides your pet a safe way to enjoy the open water and fresh air.
Biking There are a nice selection of pet bike trailers now. In fact, I saw my first one in action last weekend. You can now take your dog on a bike ride in a safe manner. Holding a dog leash while you are biking is not safe for YOU or your dog.
Traveling Have you tried to take a flight recently? If you travel with your pet a pet stroller makes it much easier. You can now easily roll your pet through the airport instead of carrying them the whole way.

Festivals Every year we have "Woofstock" which is a fundraiser for the local shelter. Last year I wanted to take my Schnauzer, but with a one year old I wasn't sure I could manage. A pet stroller would have made the trip easy and fun. He would have been easily controlled and safe from bigger dogs, and my daughter would have happily pushed him around all day.
If you find your dog doesn't need to be strolled, why not let him do some of the work? buy a dog backpack. let him carry his own snacks. :)

Medium pet strollers usually range from 30 to 45 pound weight limit. Again, make sure the internal measurements will leave enough room for your pet to be comfortable.
