Teri, your dog is 'marking' her territory. In other words, she is claiming the new house as her own. Dogs have an extremely keen sense of smell and if there were dogs in the house prior to you owning it, your dog definitely smells it. Even if your house is brand new and no one lived in it before you moved it, your dog is claiming the house for herself.
If you don't thoroughly remove your dog's 'marking' scents by using a special enzyme (purchased at your local pet store), the smell will remain and your dog will continue to to mark.
You must constantly keep your eye on your dog especially while she is marking and every time you catch her in the act you must firmly say "NO!" and immediately take her outside to finish. Be sure to reward her for 'going' outdoors. If your dog has not been spayed I strongly suggest having it done right away.
