- I just saw an commercial on Animal Planet this morning for a holistic product called Cool Dog Joint Care. I don't buy off of tv, so I went online. Two of the most common causes of extreme bloating is constipation and dog worms. I'm not a veternarian tho, if your dogs problems don't stem from either of those causes, please take your doggie to a vet.
