Mom and I volunteer at the public animal shelter where we found each other....she tells everyone that the great shelter people found and rescued me from the streets of our county, sheltered me and then Whooppeee! we found each other there...She has great pix of me before and after a bath...Picture proof that I sat down in front of her and offered my paw....Oh, what a time we've had since then - right now we've got 3 little fur balls from the same shelter - waiting for them to get big enuf to go to their new homes. Mom loved a little girl dog there and asked our Shelter Vet...to see what her take on the teeth were - in other words how old was she...cause she looked a lot like me and Mom didn't want to see anything bad happen. So she said well, if someone else doesn't take her home to be their companion...we'd do it...well, when the wonderful vet held her - she looked up at Mom (I've heard her tell people) and said this one's pregnant! What a delightful surprise - so we now have 3 pups and their Mom at our house...
We've all done very well together...You should have seen me being blocked by the Mom - right after they were born at the door to the sun room. After our walks together .... she blocked me for about 8 days and then stopped. Of course, I'd got to hear the pups and didn't get to see 'em until a very pretty spring day a couple of weeks ago when we were all out in backyard together...I danced away when they came to smell me...but now I'm used to little feet under me...They're 6 weeks old almost - so they'll move on down the road to a new home soon....but we're having a lot of fun now!

Good question Lou! Unfortunately, some of them do and some of the dates don't change. We'll be updating the lens in a month or so, so you could check back, or do a search for those days on Google for 2010 info.
