Danny is severely depressed, he's not coping at all well with his divorce and his mates decide to take him on a trip into the countryside. Seven men head off to the country for a boys weekend that they'll never forget.

When they get to their countryside location they find that the whole village is overrun with psychotic, homicidal women. They hide out in local shops unsure as to what to do; their mini bus driver has also gone crazy and they're now completely cut off and clueless.

The men find an injured sole survivor of a brutal bloody massacre; he tells them that there are seven women out there but many, many more are still present somewhere in the village. An airborne toxin is affecting women and turning them into man-hating cannibals.

The boys attempt to tackle the infected with very basic weaponry. They try to distract the women with remote control cars, take fire with nitro fluid filled water pistols, and communicate with toy A-Team walkie talkies. They also try dressing up as women in order to fool the infected; this plan however does not work at all effectively.

The men take solace in a church, a bad move for the men as it is here that they find the other women. Below the church the rest of the women have gather in an underground crypt where they are there feasting on the bodies of the men that they have captured. Through eating the man meat they have there the infected are gaining in intelligence, becoming all the more brutal, and constantly furthering their strength.

What happens next for the men? They attempt to escape in the beaten up mini-bus, receiving a call on the walkie-talkie in the process. One of their friends is contacting them whom they thought had been killed, they must go back to rescue him and they do so. Arriving back in the village; the mini-bus has been totalled, things look grim for the men and they now resort to supermarket trolley warfare.

Jake West is an English horror movies director who has previously directed such full length features as 'Razor Blade Smile', 'Evil Aliens', and 'Pumpkinhead: Ashes to Ashes'. West also directed a short film under the title of 'Whacked' in 2002.

Up until 'Doghouse' Jake West has written (co-written in the case of 'Pumpkinhead: Ashes to Ashes') all of the movies that he has directed and was also the producer for his 1998 film 'Razor Blade Smile'. 'Razor Blade Smile' is quite possibly the lowest budget film ever to have been granted an official release in the UK; the film costing just £12,000 to create and a further £8,000 in the post-production stage. The DVD for 'Razor Blade Smile' is distributed by Manga Entertainment.

Daniel Schaffer is a British writer/artist who works mainly in the medium of comics and film. Schaffer is best known as the writer and illustrator for the cult comic book series that is Dogwitch. It was in 2002 that Schaffer originally made his comic book debut with Dogwitch,

Since Dogwitch Dan Schaffer has furthered his career through collaborating with KatieJane Garside for 'Indigo Vertigo', and in 2006 he also wrote and illustrated a graphic novel titled 'The Scribbler'. 'Killdarlings' is his latest project which he shall also now write and illustrate.

In 2007 Schaffer's original 'Doghouse' screenplay was optioned by Carnaby International to be directed by Jake West.

James Ryman is a freelance artist currently based in the Midlands. Ryman is an illustrator and concept artist, between the years of 1996 and 2004 he was based in Los Angeles but is now back in the UK.

Between the years of 1991 and 2004; James Ryman was a video games artist and Art Director, since 2004 he has been freelance however and has worked with a number of clients including EA-Mythic for Warhammer Online, Marvel UK, and also Heavy Metal Magazine amongst others.
