Coprophagia Can Be Fatal For Your Pet
Stop Dogs From Eating Feces
The majority of dog owners will tell you; Dogs love eating feces. Throughout a regular day your dog may have many opportunities to consume this harmful matter. While we just find the idea revolting, dogs will crave and actively search out animal feces. Pet experts claim, the dog actually like the taste. Other experts say its a combination of taste and vitamin deficiency. Feces can have a high concentration of protein, but it also has internal parasites, organisms such as Toxoplasma gondii is transmitted in some cat feces. This can cause a dog a variety of problems, including Central Nervous System and Muscle damage.
Out in the park, on nature hikes through the forest, long walks through the neighbourhood, even in your own back yard, your dog can find other animals feces. Almost everywhere you would take your dog, there is a danger of them consuming harmful parasites. While it is impossible to protect your dog every minute of the day; it is important to discourage the practise when ever possible.
Dogs can experience mild symptoms, like tiredness, lack of appetite, fever and even vomiting, when they have consumed even a moderate amount of feces. These symptoms are many times overlooked because it is difficult for the dog owner to diagnose, but many times, when your dog is not himself; chances are he has been exposed to feces parasites. In general, small doses of these consumed parasites are not usually manifested into anything more than a listliss dog. No appetite and no energy. Usually these symptoms will pass after a day or so. Similar to you having a cold.
The more serious hazard is present when pet owners have dogs and cats co-habitating in the same home. This offers your dog a buffet of snacks that is readily available. Dogs that consume cat litter from a litter pan are at high risk of serious internal damage and possibly even death. Cat litter contains some toxic ingredients, that when exposed to the inside of your dogs stomach, will harden and cause blockages. Many dogs have lost there lives from intestinal blockage.
It is recommended that a hooded litter box, like the LitterHouse cat litter box, be used in homes with cats and dogs. This type of litter box restricts the dog access to the litter pan and your worry of fatal intestinal blockage is eliminated. Testimonials
Everyone's talking about the LitterHouse litter box!
purchase of one of your LitterHouse packages.
We had the opportunity to see your display at a recent cat show and were
impressed.
We just acquired a new 12 week old Persian Kitten and decided to try your product.
It turned out to be the best decision we could have made. LitterHouse is a gigantic
HIT!!! From the very first time we introduced her to it we have had a happy cat.
And more importantly, happy owners!! No more having to cleanup scattered
litter and it fits right into the décor of our family room. Terrific product!!
We can't recommend it fast enough to all our friends with cats.
Congratulations! LitterHouse is a GREAT product.
Best regards,
Bruce Davidsen
Living in a small mobile home there really isn't a lot of room and the grooming room with the litterhouses in also share the space with my 'office' and it is impossible to get another litterhouse in there. When I am finally able to retire and can lose the office space I will purcase another litterhouse, and use that room for litter only - I don't like having the food and water in with the litterboxes.
I am totally amazed at how well the litterbox and walkway stop the litter from tracking all over the place, infinately supperior to any litter mat I have owned. I noticed the difference right away. The only litter I have to sweep up now is the litter I have spilt cleaning the box out or pouring new litter in. LOL.
I have recommended your Litterhouses to several people so I hope they will purchase one or more for their cats they are certainly worth the money.
Thank you again.

Litter House arrived today I just wanted to tell you how happy I am it is wonderful very well put together and it looks wonderful. I thought you might like to know how I found out about your company my husband watches The John Dore Show and I was watching it with him the night you where on it I fell in love with the litter box the minute I saw it. So I thought you might find it interesting knowing that being on that show got you a customer and I will be telling all my friend too. Once again I love the litter box and I can't believe how fast it got to me.
Thanks Holly Parkes Barrie, ON
Just wanna say I got my LitterHouse today, very happy, it keeps alot of the litter inside, cats love it, we have 5 cats so the size is great and I love the way its descreet, since we have it in our basement next to our hottub.
Very satisfied thank you for selling quality products.
Thanks again, Sherry Ladouceur Cornwall, Ontario
We received our Litterhouse on Tuesday, and just have to tell you how much we like it. It definitely does all that you say on your website. No more litter all over the floor, our two cats love it, and it looks great in it's location.
Before purchasing your box, we invested a lot of $$$ in a custom cabinet and Littermaid box from another company. The quality of the wooden cabinet was horrible, and the cover did not seal in litter, so it was kicked out and all around the box. That product has now made it into the dumpster.
There was only one issue that we wanted to tell you about. When my husband was putting your unit together, he said 3 of the tabs on the back "wall" were broken off. He went ahead used some "Gorilla Glue" and put them back on, and everything seems to be fine. More than likely, the package was bounced around on its long trip from Canada to Arizona, but just thought you'd like to know. Maybe in future shipments, something can be placed over the tabs to keep them from breaking.
Anyway, thanks again for creating such a wonderful product.
Sincerely,
Sheryl & Dick Tupa

If I Was A Cat!
Cute Cat Poem
If I was a cat, I wouldn't like that.
A dirty old litter box; the dog can get at
He hovers around my litter box; frightening me.
I wish he would leave, I have to pee.
The dog is persistent, he won't go away.
My litter pan,has been invaded, again today.
He thinks it's a treat; he's wagging and chewing
He could get sick; he doesn't know what he's doing!
Oh, if I were a cat, I wouldn't like that
A litter box is not for a dog, it's for a cat.
If I was a cat, I wouldn't like that.
A litter box, that even I, can't get at
It's buried in the basement, all dark, damp and cold.
The scary noises, steep stairs, I'm getting too old.
I don't feel safe down here in the cellar.
Where is my owner, I want to tell her.
Oh, if I were a cat, I wouldn't like that
A litter box should be a private, safe place for a cat.
If I was a cat, I wouldn't like that.
My litter box area's a mess, look at the mat.
Outside my box there is lots of strewn litter
The appearance is revolting; I'm starting to get bitter.
It's not right to leave my litter box this way.
Somebody help keep the litter mess at bay.
Oh, if I was a cat, I wouldn't like that
Dirty, messy, litter all over my mat.
If I was a cat, and was asked my choice
If I could be heard, with my tiny, small voice
The box I would ask for, if I could say
Get me a LitterHouse, right away.
It's private and hidden, and easy to clean
The LitterHouse is the best litter box, I've ever seen.
Controls odor and litter, with a charming good look
LitterHouse is the best box, in my book!
If I was a cat, I would like that!!!
