Who is DokiDoki YummyChums?
When my obsession with Hello Kitty first began I was looking around the Sanrio website, Sanrio being the creators of Hello Kitty, and I came upon a group of funny characters named DokiDoki YummyChums. But who are these elusive characters? Bear with me as I research the origins of the DokiDoki YummyChums!

Fast Food Characters
DokiDoki YummyChums, for short I'll use DDYC, appear to be a group of fast food characters. The only description avaliable from Sanrio states "Dokidoki Burger is always smiling and is everyone's favorite! Don't forget to check out his friends Dokidoki Fries, Dokidoki Shakes (Vanilla, Banana, Strawberry and Chocolate) and Dokidoki Chickenchums." But besides that, what are they and why were they created?
Japanese Sanrio Page
When I visited Sanrio's Japanese website I came across some more character's that seemed to be a part of DDYC but since it is in Japanese and I don't speak Japanese, I don't really know who they are. When you click on each character you get taken to a page where you can buy different DDYC items. When I tried to put up a picture of these characters it was too small so hit this link Sanrio.co.jp AH HA!
Google saves the day again! While searching I came across a blog about DDYC and it gave a little more information about certain characters and the english name of the characters that I had found on the Japanese Sanrio site. Main Characters
Dokidoki Burger: The unofficial leader of the friends. He always has a big smile and is everyone's favorite burger.Dokidoki Shake: This vanilla shake is one of the four brothers, the others being strawberry, chocolate, and banana. He loves to play. Whenever he gets happy, he ends up spilling some of his contents.
Dokidoki Fries: This little girl with the cute, large eyes is everyone's idol! She's sometimes so enthusiastic that she calls out to just about everyone she knows.
Dokidoki Chicken Chums: He is great friends with babies, being new born himself. He is hyper, always jumping and bouncing around. His teeth are just starting to grow.

DDYC items rarely show up on ebay so this modules probably empty, but just incase I figured I'd add it.

I can't seem to find anything else about the elusive DokiDoki YummyChums, but I wish that I could. Maybe one of you out there know more? If you do, please let me know!
