My daughter decided today that she REALLY wanted a Happy Napper for her birthday so I took and chance and order one for her and one for her younger sister. The order confirmation email came right away which is a good positive first impression of the transaction. I will update this post with my experience as it happens.

I am actually a little late in posting this update and would like to apologize to Happy Nappers for not posting this earlier. As mentioned above, I ordered two Happy Nappers pillow toys on Sunday morning. Both Happy Nappers were delivered to my house at 1pm on Tuesday afternoon. This is one of the best e-commerce experiences I have ever had and is on par or better than Amazon. I have two very happy girls that are sleeping with their Happy Nappers while I type this. What's even better, was that Tuesday was my daughters birthday, so she was totally shocked as I told her it would probably take a month to get them. I have to give credit where credit is due - Happy Nappers exceeded my expectations. Good luck to all of you.

One last thing, I called Happy Nappers customer service on Tuesday after my wife told me I had a package delivered. I got someone on the phone in less than 60 seconds. They confirmed my order and that it was delivered. Another very positive experience.

Question: How to get free shipping on your order?
Answer: You need to buy 6 or more. To my knowledge that offer is only available when purchasing through their site.

Question: Where to buy Happy Nappers in Canada?
Answer: You can visit the Canadian site.

Question: What is the happy nappers shipping time frame?
Answer: Please refer to the statement below for US orders. Canadian orders deliver arrive within a week.

Happy Nappers are in stock and shipping in a timely manner. If you order through
our website, here is what you should expect:

- Priority Orders are processed with 24-48 hours.
- Non-priority orders are being processed in 3-5 days, this could increase to 5-7   business days based on demand. Earlier this year we had limited supplies as actual   orders far exceeded expectations and orders were not being processed in a timely   fashion. Some customers were waiting 30 days or more to receive product. That issue   has been resolved.
- Currently, orders are shipped from both east coast and west coast warehouses. Please   allow 7 business days for shipment. However, if product is limited in one warehouse, we   may ship product from the other in which case shipment may take 10 days.
- All orders can be tracked from our website.
- Approximately 7% of all orders have a credit card or address issue that need to be   resolved prior to processing. A quick check on your order status will enable you to see   if any of these issues pertain to your order.
- From the date of order to date of receipt should be 10-14 business days for all priority   processed shipments, and 15-21 days for all others.
- We do not currently offer 1, 2 nor 3-day shipping options, but I will investigate these to   see what might be possible in order to meet birthday and other deadlines.

About every other year our family goes on a winter trip somewhere new. Although it sounds silly, this year we stayed at a rental property in Norris Lake TN. A lake vacation you ask? I know... I know... but we had so much fun. One of my girlfriends stayed there last summer and apparently they do get a lot of booking even in the winter. With the general location of Tennessee, winters are relatively mild. Even though we didn't spend much time on the water, the rental property we stayed at was amazing! The villa we had a booking in was 3 stories high, one of those luxury chalets. The one thing I will say about Norris Lake cabin rentals is you get that serene outdoorsy experience. You're basically sitting almost right on the water, with a terrific view of the lake and surrounding mountains. There was plenty of space for our big family so the adults could congregate on one level and the kids could play downstairs on the Wii. My favorite part of the whole place was the hot tub. It doesn't matter how chilly it is, when you get to soak in a hot bubbling tub while gazing off at a clear Tennessee, sky, there's just nothing like it. Despite the cooler weather, we did hop on a small boat and motored over to several of the marinas nearby. Our rental property owner gave us a very detailed Norris Lake map which helped us get anywhere we wanted to on the lake.A couple of the marinas are really neat and had restaurants and music right on the water. It was a perfect way to end a perfect year. Looking forward to much more fun in 2012!
