Add to that... we are open 24 hours...7 days a week.
We have people driving 40 miles just to get a few fresh Strawberry or Peach donuts when they are in season.

We are open 24 hours a day...7 days a week except for major holidays. We do need a break every now and then.

We begin making donuts at 6PM daily and continue until we are done... around 2AM unless we have large orders for that day.

Our Hours
We are open 24 hours a day...7 days a week except for major holidays. We do need a break every now and then.

The Order Our Donuts Come Out
We begin with the cake donuts at 6PM
Next are the Devils Food Cake Donuts.
The Buttermilk Bars and Raisin Buttermilk are next.
The Old Fashioned are next
The next to come out are our French Cruellers
Then we begin the Raised Donuts around 8PM
We start with the glazed donuts
Next the Jelly donuts
Then the Twists
Then the world famous TIGER TAILS around 9:30PM
Then the Chocolate and Maple Bars
We then repeat the order for the raised donuts until we are finished.
Our Cinnamon Rolls, Apple Cinnamon Rolls, Bear Claws and Apple Fritters come out at the end...between 12:30AM and 1:30am

- On the Food Network special, Jim says that he uses potato flour. Is wheat flour also used? Is there a chance that these donuts are gluten free?
