Have you heard of Zentangles? They are doodles taken to the next step. People create art by doodling. According to the Zentangle Web site: "Any thing is possible, one stroke at a time."
The doodle downloads provided in this article let you study or copy some Zentangles. Or you might want to paint them with a graduated water color wash. Or you can just sit and admire them.
All of the doodles were done by me. Feel free to download these doodles and do with it as you wish. I'll continue to add my doodles here for you to download. But I just know you'll want to make your own!

Zentangles
Doodles with a Purpose
Zentangle is an art form that people create by simply doodling. A paper is divided into segments, and patterns are repeated in these segments. Anything goes. Doodling has no rules.This doodling often results in little works of art. The supplies needed to doodle or Zentangle are few:
- a pen or pencil
- paper
That's it!
I doodled this Zentangle while watching a movie. It's very relaxing! Right click it to save it to your computer. Then print it out to color it or copy it, if you want.

A Zentangle card. I fold then tear watercolor paper in half, then fold and tear those in half so I have four little sheets to doodle on. For this card, I folded one of those sheets in half to make a card.

- I used to doodle more -- I bet if I stopped "playing" on the computer so much I'd doodle more again :-) I love the idea of zentangles! I think I'd enjoy making them.

- I saw the word Zentangle somewhere else but didn't know what they were talking about. But this looks like it would be fun and very relaxing. And I love looking at Doodle art. Great pics!
