Super Duper Chocolate Cookies Poll
How much chocolate do you like in your cookies?
Ingredients for Double Chocolate Chips
Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Ingredients
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 & 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips or white chocolate chips

Recipe Instructions for the Cookies
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees-In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients; flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt. In another bowl, mix together the butter, eggs, sugars, and vanilla. Mix together the ingredients from both bowls into one bigger bowl.
-Stir in the chocolate chips. (I like the elegant taste and feel white chocolate gives it but if you're a chocolate lover, add regular semi-sweet chocolate chips)
-Place teaspoon sized lumps on a baking sheet spread two inches apart.
-Bake for 9-11 minutes when edges begin to brown. Let cool on racks.
Serving Size: About 30 cookies
