Crocheting For Dummies

Amazon Price: $4.92 (as of 05/30/2012)Buy Now

I found this book to be very useful in teaching crochet. It has excellent illustrations and gives you little tips on the little nuances of crochet. For example, when do you chain 1 or chain 3 at the end of the row? Which way do you turn your work? Where do I put the hook? It answers all of these very important questions that people who have been crocheting for a while take for granted. [included yours truly]

You could purchase this book and by the end of all the lessons and projects you would no longer be a Dummie but a Smartie! :)
