Double Jogging Strollers

Double Jogging Strollers are basically made up from a ridged metal frame and a set of high quality wheels. The wheels are arranged with two at the rear and one at the front. The front wheel is usually fixed, but the more expensive models do allow it to swivel, but can be locked in place if need be.

Any decent stroller will have seats that will recline all the way down so that your child or children can have a sleep. In order to give a stable ride, the seats should not be two high off the ground as well. Consider the weight of your child and be certain your stroller is able to accommodate it.

Probably among the most critical of features is the harness. A series of straps in the form of a five point harness holds your child in it's seat securely. For the purposes of comfort the straps must be padded, but easily locked and unlocked at the same time.

As with any good bicycle, they are only as good as the brakes that are fitted. And so is it's the same with Double Jogging Strollers. Expensive strollers come with three types of brake system, the less expensive with two and lesser still with one. These braking systems allow you to stop your stroller just like a bicycle, with the brakes mounted on the handle bars for convenient stopping.

A parking brake will keep your stroller secure from any movement especially on gradients. A tether should come supplied, this will enable you to run fast and if you should ever loose your grip the strap will stop the stroller from getting away from you.
