See You At The 2010 Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival!
We'll Be There and You Should Be Too!The Chocolate Festival in Rehoboth is an annual event that features a judged Chocolate Recipe Contest with categories for Amateurs, Professionals, Restaurants, etc. After the judging the public gets to sample the submitted entries. It is a lot of fun and always attracts 1500 to 2000 people. The Doors open at 11:30 and stay open until the Chocolate runs out!
We plan on submitting several recipes made with Dove Chocolate for judging. In addition we are one of the featured vendors there. You will find us near the entrance to the Convention Hall giving away Dove Chocolate Samples to the Chocoholics standing in line. Hope to see you there!

- Hi, I'm Tipi's sister and followed you home from her part of Squidooland. The mousse packets sound like they enable one to make a good mousse without the 20 easy, time consuming steps I usually go through. Once, I forgot to separate the eggs and ended up having to start all over again. I love Dove chocolate and really want some now, will check the goodie cabinet to see what's left in my husband's supply.

- Just in case you are wondering, I love the Mousse Mix Packets. I can whip it up with heavy cream add 2 bars of melted Dove Chocolate (Dark or Milk) and in just 5 minutes I have a decadent dessert or topping!!!
I also like to make Raspberry Mousse using our Dessert Sauce Mix.
