What are your thoughts about Playstation 3? PS3 console? PS3 games?
I say Respect!
PS3 console is huge and it gives you so much! It offers things one would never ask from a gaming station. It runs games. It runs Linux. It browses the world wide web. It almost gives you a kiss and tucks a blanket around your legs! It looks modern and fits well with the home theater and large televisions. Faced with so elegant and tidy design and powerful features I have no other option than to go on the net and download PS3 games right away!

PS3 Features
PlayStation 3 can be used together with almost any video and sound format, a lot of picture formats, DVD, Dual Layered DVD's, Memory Stick Pro Duo, Flash cards, Compact Flash cards, MMC, USB sticks. It supports native 1080P output and motion control.
The price was £425 at release which may be discussed but considering all the features built in, it's a good value for your money. To justify the price maybe more built in features must be mentioned: PS3 comes with Wi-Fi, DVD upscale, Blu-Ray drive, Gigabyte Ethernet port, wireless controller, HDMI output, frequent updates and great customer service. It may be also noted that the price may vary between $499 or $599, depending on the size of the hard disk, which could be 20GB or 60GB. The two models however differ in the Wi-Fi, since the more expensive model is installed with Wi-Fi.
If I should single out the one PS3 feature I like the most, that would most certainly be the ability to download the latest Blu-Ray updates and Operating system upgrades. This allows you to keep hold of all future advancements as soon as they come out.

You may be surprised to hear this but I must say PS3 games are what I see as the weakest link of what we're talking about here! Great console, great technology, great features but not so outstanding games! Just can't say that PS3 games are graphically much better than Xbox 360 games. If we compare PS3 games with impressive Wii the things are not so good either. When talking about PS3 comparison with Xbox 360 it's fair to say that Playstation 3 supports online gaming. It allows users to play online without additional costs, something that the Xbox 360 does not afford to its users.
Knowing Sony new games will get better and better but the quality of games is an essential element and is something that I think should have been taken more seriously in the first place.

You can also use Limewire P2P software for the same purpose but I must warn you to be careful with using these methods because of the possibility of virus infection.
