What are the Best SItes For Submitting press Releases?

I've been experimenting with press releases lately and know how hard it can be to find a good list of PR sites so did a bit of research and heres the top sites for those are are looking to do some press releases of their own. I found these form a product I purchased lately.

http://www.bignews.biz/?go=signup - This site gets syndicated by google news for free, but does have to be approved.

http://www.collegeotr.com - This site is some college blog network. But, you can register, then post whatever you want to your blog. It says it needs to wait for approval, but my posts were instantly live on google news. It took about 10 minutes actually.

http://www.jacksonville.com/user/register - For this site, you just click on "my blog", then you just click on create a new post. It will be syndicated very quickly too. A few hours max probably.

http://www.jazzou.com - You just have to find the register button. It doesn't have its own page. They seem kind of strict, but try and you may have better luck than me.

http://www.newssubmit.net/ - This actually appears to be a sister site to fgnpr, but maybe not. It runs on wordpress, so you just login and make a post like it was your blog. Wait a day or 2 and It will appear in google news for your keywords.

http://www.newssubmit.net/wp-login.php?action=register news.mync.com - You just login and post a story on this site. You can't have links inside the content though, which is kind of a shame. But, there is a related link box. Make sure to inform the reader to check the related link box and click on the link. The good thing is, this site get syndicated in under an hour!

http://www.prfire.co.uk - Again, it must be approved, and then it is syndicated to google news for free!

Last Say On Press Releases

The sites that are nearly instant approval can prove to be a real goldmine when you find those perfect trend keywords. I would suggest spinning a few related press releases and then submitting them throughout the day to the different release sites.
