Dozer Day: Playing With the Big Machines

Ranked #2,200 in Travel & Places, #75,564 overall

Dozer Day - Your Chance to Play with the Big Rigs!

Enjoy a beautiful day and the unique opportunity to drive, ride, and explore construction, military, and emergency vehicles!

Best described as a Construction Theme Park, Dozer Days are held in various places around the country to raise money for schools and parks. You'll generally find tons of construction equipment to ride, police/military demonstrations, fire safety demonstrations, helicopter water drops, and much more. Bulldozers, earthmovers, fire trucks and Hummers take center stage at these events.

Dozer Day seeks to get kids close to-actually on and operating-dirt moving machinery. More than that, Dozer Day provides a day of family fun for all ages while getting familiar with the companies, people, and amazing machines that build an area's infrastructure.
