Wonderful work, the passions of Dracula and Mina shine through it -- as does your passion for their story!

This was a great story. I have been to Transylvania and also the birthplace of Vlad Tepes (Dracula) and love the stories. This kept me captivated all the way through, although I was not happy the Count was killed, and wondered as to Mina's eternal damnation alone, without him. Who saves her?
  • SacredCynWear Jul 29, 2010 @ 12:50 pm | delete
I agree. Although Dracula's death redeems them both. Mina has to be without him, and has to settle for Johnathan Harker. (He tends to get on my nerves in the movie).lol. It must have been amazing going to see Transylvania. A few years ago, me and my ex were planning on taking the Dracula tour. Which is a train ride, just like Jonathan's, through the Carpathian mountains, and a tour of Vlad Tepes Castle. I would love to hear your story!

Just a train ride....where do you live? I was living in Galati, Romania...and my train ride was about 5.5 hours to Brasov, then a bus ride up to Bran where the castle is. We partied there for Halloween a couple years with hundreds of people.

I also went to his birthplace, and there is another Dracula place in the far north east of Romania...forget the name of the town right now, but it was interesting :) And thanks for info on Mina...now I can sleep better :)

Wow, that must have been quite an experience. I live in El Paso Tx, far from the Carpathians. The scenery must be glorious.
