The World of Krynn - DragonLance Books and Gaming
Welcome and come in, weary traveler! Sit yourself down, grab a bowl of Otik's steaming potatoes and a mug of his best ale! Watch yer pockets, there be kender around! You're at the original Inn of the Last Home and there are tales being told around the fire.
In the early 1980s, a Dungeons and Dragons and fantasy-loving duo teamed up to create a new universe. Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman published 'Dragons of Autumn Twilight' and later two more books that would become the DragonLance Chronicles Trilogy. The series took off and gathered a loyal fan base that helped the DL universe to grow. Most fantasy readers think of the books when it comes to DL, however many Dungeons and Dragons modules and even computer games were made. Sovereign Press continues to crank out new DL material today, over 20 years later! DragonLance is very dear to me and remains one of my most favored fantasy worlds.
