The Main Story of Dragonlance
Dragons of Autumn Twilight
Think of it as A New Hope for the world of Dragonlance: Sure, maybe it's a little rough around the edges, maybe it's got one cliche too many, but this baby is pure magic. The first volume in the Dragonlance Chronicles series, this classic from Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman started it all for Krynn, eventually spawning a bestselling 90-plus book series. (And, frankly, you'd do well to stick to the Weis-Hickman titles.) All the heroes that you've likely heard of already--the creepy, hourglass-eyed Raistlin, the noble half-elf Tanis, the comic relief Tasselhoff Burrfoot, the curmudgeonly dwarf Flint Fireforge--they're all here, starting the good fight against the Dark Queen Takhisis as the War of the Lance begins. Pick up Dragons of Winter Night when you're done
Dragons of Winter Night
They won their first real battle in the war for Krynn, but the war has only just begun for the Companions! Friendships born in conflict will be torn apart. Hope will rest on the shoulders of a disgraced Knight and his two inexperienced companions. Worlds long divided by hatred and prejudice will either band together in a last struggle against darkness - or perish for all time.
Dragons of the Spring Dawning
A number of the Companions are taken captive by the dragonarmy... Can Caramon, Tax and Tika find a way to escape the order of death that hangs over them? Will they survive the arrival of Takhisis, the dark queen responsible for the war they're fighting in? Plus: Tanis receives help in a desperate battle from a very unexpected source... can he trust the help he's being offered?

The Lost Chronicles
This series fills up some of the missing storylines on the original series
Dragons of the Dwarven Depths
Tanis and Flint seek out a haven in the dwarven kingdom of Thorbardin while Raistlin is strangely drawn to the haunted fortress known as Skullcap. Sturm seeks the legendary Hammer of Kharas, and Tika embarks on a perilous journey to rescue those she loves from certain death.
But it is the Dwarf, Flint Fireforge, who faces the most crucial test. The heroes race against time to save the lives of those dependent on them and Flint is forced to make a difficult choice, one on which the future of mankind may rest.
Dragons of the Highlord Skies
This evocative high fantasy novel continues Margaret Weis's The Lost Chronicles, the switcharoo series that tells the story of the War of the Lance from the perspective series of the bad guys. A worthy addition to the fan-favorite Dragonlance series.
Dragons of the Hourglass Mage
The dramatic conclusion to the Lost Chronicles series!
The War of the Lance is nearing its end-for good or ill. The wizard Raistlin Majere travels to Neraka, the lord city of the Dark Queen. Raistlin ostensibly plans to work for her, though in reality he means to further his own quest for power. The Dark Queen plans to destroy the gods of magic on the Night of the Eye, when all the wizards will congregate. Raistlin has to find a way to thwart the plot, even though this means doing battle with his own sister, the Dragon Highlord Kitiara, and her terrifying ally, the death knight, Lord Soth. And still he must overcome his final foe: the archmagus Fistandantilus, who seeks to kill Raistlin and steal his soul.
The creators of the DragonlanceŽ world return with their iconic characters, the Companions of he Lance, to show fans the rest of what really happened in the epic battle that determined the fate of the world of Krynn.

- I love these books. They are a great read. Finally, someone put a complete list in order. My boyfriend recommended these books to me when I was having trouble finding a good book to read. He had read them over 15 years ago. I stopped reading the series because I could not find which book that came next. Now I can finish reading the books. Thank you so much! And a great lens.

- You very much welcome. It's the least I can do for all Dragonlance readers and fanatics. I will be updating this lens later on since Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman wrote another set of series which is still in line to the companions canon.
