Dragon Oil PLC. The Group's principal activities are the exploration and production of oil and gas.
The Group's principal production and exploration interests are located in the Cheleken Contract Area in the Caspian Sea, offshore Turkmenistan. The Cheleken Contract Area covers approximately 950 sq.kms (235,000 acres) and comprises two offshore oil and gas fields, Dzheitun and Dzhygalybeg, in water depths of 8 to 42 metres. The Group's operational focus is on the re-development of these two producing fields.
