last night i had one. i saved my cousin from drowning, started to explain to his sister (who had texted me to tell me to look for him as he had gone missing), and realised i was dreaming. i stopped talking and said "I am dreaming!! WOOHOO!" and as i got excited i calmed myself down and stayed in the dream. but the colors didnt get vivid and i couldnt control it good i wanted a certain person to appear and she didnt, and two people started chasing me so i told them go away, thinking they would disappear from thin air. well they quit chasing me but didnt go away all they did was turn into average sized dogs, catch up to me and act like dogs, all lovey. then i woke up uncontrollably

Nice lens. Another method of inducing lucid dreams is by using binaural beats. Lucid Dream Induction Using Binaural Beats and Brainwave Technology.

Interesting. On a couple of occssions I have had a bad dream, realized it was just a bad dream and tried to determine how to stop what was happening; I usually end up waking up but it IS a better feeling once you confront it while still dreaming.
