Is Dreamweaver, or XsitePro the best web design software?

DREAMWEAVER OR XSITEPRO?

WHICH WEB SITE DESIGN SOFTWARE IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

Dreamweaver and XsitePro are both excellent web design software products that have proven themselves, and have many happy and satisfied users. While there are literally hundreds of web design software products in the marketplace, these two programs are each leaders in the two most important markets; Power Users and New or inexperienced users.

1. Power Users; Powerful, complex web design software programs that are primarily aimed at professional website designers. For the more advanced web designers and technically advanced. Those who are well versed in the technology terminology of computers, including HTML and CSS. Basically those who have the training and/or staff to build the website with no problems. Moderate to Large business staff with trained designers.
2. New or Less Experienced Users; Slightly less powerful, but full-featured web design software programs that are aimed at individuals or small companies working on less complex sites. For example, the small business owner with little or no web design experience. Those who know a little HTML, but not enough to make an impressive website.

THE PROBLEM
So, here is the problem in a nutshell. People who want to design websites for themselves or their companies are often confused by the number of choices and decisions that they have to make when evaluating website software for getting the job done. Sometimes, even checking software for compatibility is frustrating. You aren't getting anywhere if you can't understand the terminology. This is especially true for the small to moderate business owner. There is so much technical and confusing feature information available, that often, the result is more confusion than clarity.

    says:

I used to use Xsite Pro for simple sales-pages, but i started to just clone PLR web-sites, or my own sites and then edit them by hand to create a new site. XSP is more for beginners, IMHO...but it has its uses here and there.

Btw...i prefer MS Express to DW :)

XsitePro is the software to choose.

    Wrapping it up

Best Web Design Program for you.

Both Dreamweaver and Xsitepro software packages are good products. They each provide the programming necessary to build a website. Dreamweaver does not come with SEO (Search Engine Optiization), where-as XsitePro does. If you, or whomever is building your site, is advanced in the technology of web design, have the budget and the staff; Dreamweaver is your best bet.

If, however, you are a small business, or home based business; if you lack advanced web site building skills, and want Search Engine Optimization included with the package; then XsitePro is for you.

As stated earlier, both are excellent products. The only difference being how much coding you know, and are willing to learn to get your website up and running. Chances are, you are ready to move on getting that website online.

No one can say which web design program is best for you, except you! Whichever software you choose, make sure it is a good fit for you, and your business needs.
