Dress Like The Joker For Halloween

The Joker is a suave character very concerned with his appearance and likes to be well dressed. In his mind he is very beautiful. His hair is regularly combed and pomaded.

The Joker always wears a purple suit, the most common is the tail suit, an orange shirt, green vest, a green bow tie, violet silk gloves and spats on his shoes.

Sometimes he carries a cane and wears a long purple raincoat with a broad brimmed violet hat.
 
 

The Joker's facial nerves are paralyzed and also damaged from massive scarring, which gives him the appearance of always grinning. His chalk white skin, rouge red lips, green hair, eyes and nails were caused by a heavy exposure to chemicals.

This is a man's four button, below the knees, single breasted suit with matching double breasted vest.

The jacket is fully lined, the pants are lined to the knee, the waist is adjustable (can also be taken in or out two inches.)

He thinks of himself as an expert actor, always on stage and is very theatrical.

The bright, deep green color will make your eyes really amazing. They will cover dark eyes.

Contact lenses have been used in the movie industry for many years, as far back as 1939, to help create a mood, a monster or character.

Theatrical contacts used to be very expensive but have now come down in price so that the general public can afford a pair or two.

The Joker's appearance was based on that of actor Conrad Veidt in The Man Who Laughs; an old silent film based on Victor Hugo's novel "L'Homme Qui Rit."

There have been several Batman creators and each one takes credit for creating the Joker.

It is widely acknowledged that Jerry Robinson came up with the concept of the Joker's calling card.

I read an interview on MTV.com where Jack Nicholson said he was "furious" that he wasn't asked to play The Joker.
