How to Grow Your Own Organic Garden

More and more people are concerned about the foods we eat, if it's organic or safe to eat. Going to the grocery store we are overwhelmed with organic and non-organic fruits and vegetables. Like all foods that are good for you, we also pay a lot more for them, and people tend to buy non-organic because of it. It does not have to be this way. More people are starting their own organic gardens, and it is not that difficult, if you know how.

Mother nature has been growing are fruits and vegetables, the natural way (organic) for millions of years, until humans started growing foods with pesticides, and fertilizers filled with chemicals. Mother nature uses natural fertilizers from the earth, like leaves from trees, animals, and insects, to enrich the soil. To make safe organic fertilizers, you can start your own compost pile, using biodegradable materials from your home, both indoors and outdoors. You can also find things around your house to make natural pesticides, to keep the pests out of your garden. A lot of what you need to make garden can be found in your home for a fraction of the cost, or even free!
