Drinking water contamination has been a major concern for most people, health conscious or not. There are endless reports of contaminants in our tap water. How does water get contaminated? Aging pipes can break, leach contaminants into the water they carry and breed bacteria - all potential prescription for illness. There might be many other contaminants, possibly over 140 of them, present in your drinking water. EPA estimates that 2-10% of bladder cancer may be from contaminated drinking water.
