Drop 10 pounds in a week and you will be well on your way to getting an eating disorder. You may decrease the risk ofheart attacks and diabetes by the fast loss but it certainly is not healthy. When you put the weight on you most certainly
did not gain 10 pounds in a week so if you want to lose the weight and keep it off to drop 10 pounds in a week is not the
way to do it.
Whatever you do do not deny yourself food. If you do deny yourself food then your body will get used to having only small
amounts so when you do go back to eating regularly your body will get overwhelmed and will store the extra food as fat.
This is not the way to lose 10 pounds in a week especially if you want to keep it off - by going about it this way
you may find yourself weighing more than when you started.
I am sure that you have heard about all of the diet pills and what they have to offer. There are two types of pills you
can buy - the one that stops you absorbing food and another that will speed up your metabolism and possibly your heart. Neither of
these pills are very good as one speeds up metabolism and the other stops absorbing food hence you will more than likely
gain weight when you stop taking them. Some diet pills also have very harsh side effects, I have heard of one that people were committing
suicide with and had to be drawn from the shelves in the UK..
Some of the above ways may help you drop 10 pounds in a week but I certainly dont recommend them.
