Well, if it was just a long list of remedies then I would say don't bother buying it, you can find that information elsewhere. Likewise, if you were just looking for some miracle cure that you use once and it magically solves your problem forever, then this book is probably not right for you.

It's the best example that I've seen which actually tells you why you're suffering from itchy scalp problems as well as what you can do about them and how to redress the balance.
