We all run into things that just seem plain dumb. Whether it is something someone said, a stupid act, or some article of clothing. Maybe it is me. But lately there seems to be a lot of it out there. So, with that in mind, an idea for a lens has been born.
We have probably all said, at one time or another, "That's the dumbest thing I have ever seen." But, we know that someone else has probably seen dumber things. I am hoping you will find something different here.
You might find your "dumb" line in the form of a tag, "Don't iron clothes on the body". Or it might be a sign posted at a correctional facility "Do Not Pickup Hitchhickers". Or the "No Stopping at any Time" sign posted above a Stop sign. Or, there was the billboard by the Illiterate Foundation that read, "Illiterate? Write for free help". Isn't it fun. Enjoy!

A bull was standing near-by and a fly must have tickled him because he gored my car.
A cow wandered into my car. I was afterwards informed that the cow was half-witted.
A lamp-post bumped into my car, damaging it in two places.
After the accident a working gentleman offered to be a witness in my favour.
By the way, I believe if I had lost my head the accident could have been worse.
First car stopped suddenly, second car hit first car and a haggis ran into the rear of second car.

Only in America would a device capable of launching rivers of fire at people be less regulated than marijuana.

klahoma City: Dennis Newton was on trial for the armed robbery of a convenience store in district court when he fired his lawyer. Assistant district attorney Larry Jones said Newton, 47, was doing a fair job of defending himself until the store manager testified that Newton was the robber. Newton jumped up, accused the woman of lying and then said, "I should of blown your (expletive) head off." The defendant paused, then quickly added, "If I'd been the one that was there." The jury took 20 minutes to convict Newton and recommended a 30-year sentence.

- It's amazing what some people will do for material things and it's also amazing how many of them are so prosecutable.
Police in Idaho arrested a hit and run suspect who was trying to escape after stealing a pair of shoes, according to AP news. The suspect stole a pair of shoes from a house and tried to flee the scene. Whether or not it was in the shoes, we'll never know.
He jumped into a vehicle and took off, then he hit a parked car and tried to flee the scene on foot. Police received another call from another home reporting that a man broke into their home bleeding and stole another pair of shoes. I'm starting to see a pattern here.
Police arrested the man and returned the shoes to their rightful owners. All seems right with the world again. - World's Dumbest People
