Shrimp Dumplings Recipe

Juicy dumplings with shrimps inside!

Ok, this is the recipe that I put together yesterday! :)
Ingredients
- One full cup of sour cream
- One pinch of nutmeg
- One fist of fresh chives
- 1/2 cup of cream for cooking
- Chopped shrimps (optional)
- Optional quantity of Flour that makes fine dough for dumplings (optional-I used "white")
- Salt
- Two eggs
- One Tbs. of wheat meal
- Few drops of Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
First we shake all of sour cream from cup into our container in which we will mix all of ingredients together.
Then we add pinch of nutmeg and cream for cooking to our first ingredient and slowly mix with spoon that there will be no separate pieces of sour cream or nutmeg.
In the next phase we add to our obtained mixture not too thiny chopped shrimps and well chopped chimes, eggs, salt (opt.), few drops of olive oil, wheat meat and then we carefully all again mix new ingredients in container with previous ones.
In the last phase we are going to carefully add flour, slowly, step by step so that we will get fine looking dough.
So when we in the end have our dough mixture, we can make dumplings from it in whatever form we like ( I did the easiest one -balls ( cause: Hunger) ... :)
Finally we can put them into salty boiling water for 3-7 minutes and then when are cooked, we serve them with any optional side dish we are having on mind that can go with it.
