    High Im a 6'3" basketball player i will be a senior next year and will be a starting power forward and post player on my team. Im the biggest on the team. I have been workin real hard the past month and gained about only an inch. I would love to be able to dunk next year!!! No one thinks i will be able to and i would like to prove them Wrong!! Can I Get any advice or tips on How To Gain A Highe Verticle Fast!!! I can get my whole hand over the rim off of one leg but would like to jump alot higher??!!!!!

    you think you could send me an email on how to do then ? ,im looking for some quick good resukts my standing vertical is abou 24 and my running vertical is well i dont kno all i kno it im 5"8 and i can touch a 9"11 inch rim but not a 10 foot rim i wana be able to touch and or grab and or drunk this 10 foot rim in the next month to 2 months?
