Painting SydneyTown Red
Sydneysiders woke up this morning to find their city shrouded in an eerie red haze. They might have been forgiven for thinking they were in some science fiction nightmare, but I could have told them what it was straight away.
I remember the storms of childhood which dumped the red dust all the way from the Mallee down to Melbourne.
Back then, no one in Sydney would have known about our dust storm till the next day. This morning the world knew within minutes

The City came to a stop
The dust cloud covers almost the whole of NSW, after an extreme low pressure system moved across the state from central Australia and western NSW.
The dust caused commuter chaos, the cancellation of flights from Sydney Airport, the closure of the M5 tunnel and the suspension of Sydney ferries.

- Wow, you really jumped on this one. It looks like you were transported to the angry red planet (a movie I watched as kid that scared the heck out of me). I watched the video, very eerie although I am still surprised nothing was upside down, lol. The picture of the opera house is awesome. I hope Vlad is keeping his paws clean!
