Pedroia is listed by Major League Baseball and the Boston Red Sox at 5 feet 9 inches (1.8 m) and 180 lbs (though he has been described as closer to 5'6" or 5'7" and 150 lbs.). He is the 2007 American League Rookie of the Year.

Classy player. sarcastic as hell. hes my favorite player of all time. met him once b4 he made it to the bigs when he was in pawtucket, actually took his time to talk and give an autograph. now hes hitting .311 and is headed for the all star game. congrats pedroia.
