Most dyi repairs take about 1/2 hr to 1 hr.

Once we have the Model and Serial #s we can get the information on the appliance. If you don't have any information we will send it to you by fax or email.

We will then talk about the problem your having.
Once that is astablished we can then move on.

Once we know the symptoms we can then start to diagnose the problem.

We will then guide you step by step on how to diagnose your appliance.
