The Dynamic Leaders Development Programme Will Make Your a Natural Leader

From this lens you can learn about how to develop dynamic leaders in businesses and government departments. Dynamic leaders are focused on coaching their own people and creating more profit.

Over the past 15 years I have been an executive coach working mainly in large multi-national companies and government departments. I have spent a lot of time modeling the behaviour of the most successful leaders who have been my clients.

The result of my modeling is the Dynamic Leadership Pentastar. The pentastar is in two distinct sections the Behaviour section, the outer grren/yellow boxes and the Intellectual activities in the inner, pink pentastar.

The Dynamic Leadership Pentastar highlights the fundamental behaviours and thinking patterns of successful leaders. if you follow this pattern you will improve greatly as a leader. I use the pentastar as the foundation of the coaching part of my Dynamic Leaders Development Programme.

You have probably already noticed that you have a natural way of doing things in any leadership situation. If you have had little of no training, some of what you do will be excellent and some things will not work as well as you would like.

To improve you need to isolate what works for you and what doesn't work. Then get to work to develop your strengths and overcome your weaknesses this is where the NLP Techniques can help you.
