Here's Wikipedia's take on the subject of e-portfolios - An electronic portfolio, also known as an e-portfolio or digital portfolio, is a collection of electronic evidence assembled and managed by a user, usually on the Web (also called Webfolio). E-portfolios are used extensively in education (schools & higher education) and their use is expanding in professional recruitment & job applications, continuing professional development and therapy groups. Squidoo provides a superb platform for the development of personal or professional e-portfolios.

I never thought of SquidWho as a digital portfolio or e-portfolio, but yours is certainly a great example. This would be a great exercise for, well, anyone, but I'm thinking high school senior or college student, not to mention every lensmaster on Squidoo! Thanks, Ron! Posted June 09, 2008 |
