• If you qualify for this program, you will provide the content/expertise. I will provide the website development and marketing expertise. Together we will build website/business that will generate residual income.
• This is a "joint-venture" and there are some start-up costs. However, they are very reasonable. Initial out-of-pocket costs to get your website / business online are estimated around $1000. We will split this cost 55/45%. You will cover the $550 and MDJ Enterprises will cover the $450. Subsequent profits from online sales will then also be split 55/45% with you receiving 55%. Please request a copy of the contract/agreement for full terms joint/venture disclosure.

Qualification

• Your niche-area subject-matter expertise must have sufficient economic demand
• Economic demand can be assessed through inspection of Google Adwords keyword campaigns for related topic keywords.
• There are other means of assessing economic demand for your topic.

YOURS:

• provide initial content for approximately 30 pages.
• provide additional content to build the site out to approximately 120 to 150 pages over 12 to 18 month period.
• provide additional content periodically.
• assume legal responsibility for the website/business
• respond to email inquiries and act as the contact person.
• agree to MDJ Enterprises contract which describes all the terms in detail.

MINE:

• Post content, update/expand site as additional pages are provided.
• Measure and Interpret site statistics. Make suggestions to subject-matter expert for content improvment.
• optimize pages to improve rank, build traffic through a variety of methodologies.
• distribute newsletters and articles periodically as provided by the subject-matter expert.
• administrate (distribute profits, pay bills, etc.)

Summary of Strategy:

1. Research your site concept. Brainstorm. Determine supply and demand for related keywords. Research the competition. Identify a unique niche with the subject-matter expert's unique spin on the topic. Identify 200 to 300 high profitability keywords. This is the most important step. We will spend some time here.
2. Subject-matter expert provides content (articles) that are centered around specific keywords or keyword phrases. In other words KFCP (Keyword Focused Content Pages).
3. Design and build a theme-based website based upon the content provided in the previous step. It is important to "over-deliver" on content here. This is the part that will distinguish your website from all the others. In this step you will gain the respect and trust of your readers. They are now "pre-sold". Launch initial website with 15 to 30 pages. Continue adding quality keyword-focused content pages.
4. Build traffic gradually through a variety of techniques. One technique is to is writing periodic articles and submitting them to article directories. Another technique is value link exchanges with other, compatible websites. Continue adding quality keyword-focused content pages.
5. Acquire/build an opt-in email list. This is an important step to creating an ongoing conversation with your readers. Continue adding quality keyword-focused content pages.
6. Enable your visitors to add content and contribute to your website. This technique can make your website a dynamic two-way communication medium. Continue adding quality keyword-focused content pages.
7. "Monetize" your site by a variety of means such as, Google Adsense ads, Infolinks, subscription newsletters, marketing of related affiliate products,referrals, etc. Continue adding quality keyword-focused content pages.
