• Fluid Motion. The new engine allows graphics to be changed mid-move, so you can break out of a spin move to juke a defender and then stiff arm your way into the end zone.

• Wii All-Play. An entirely new control system allows friends and family to play on an even playing field.


• All-Play Playcalling. Playcalling is now based on the player's skill level allowing people unfamiliar with football get into the game. You can even turn the playcalling duties over to the head coach.


• Celebrate with your Miis. Battle it out for Mii fans and gain benefits on the field.


• Battle of the Mascots. Play as your favorite team's mascots.

The demo released for NCAA Football 2009 shows some great changes that will really put the player into the game.

With gameplay similar to NCAA Football 2008, it is clear that the developers decided to put the finishing touches on an already great game. This focus to detail really puts you into the game like never before.

NCAA Football 2009 Delivers a Spectacular Graphical Experience

Players snag the ball out of the air, leap onto fumbles, put their hand on the ground to keep from losing their balance, slip between tacklers, and tip-toe down the sidelines.

With pre-snap animations of players moving up to the line of scrimmage and then backing off and great animations of grabbing the ball out of the air and running with it, you really feel like you are watching a real game.

Get Great Gameplay With NCAA Football 2009

NCAA Football 2009 takes the big play and wide-open gameplay of college football and delivers it to the game. You have spread formations, big cutback lanes, pump fakes that work, and realistic screen passes all of which can be used to shread your opponent.

But look out, the computer has the same advantages. No more laughing when the computer calls a screen then can't deliver the ball to the running back. Now, you get to watch that back run down the field with blockers set up in front of him.

Even though the demo was on varsity mode, the computer was difficult to stop. All-American and Heisman modes should present a good challenge where momentum becomes an important part of the game.
